Recently 2 of my 5 cameras stopped working. I installed the latest iphone app (the one that nags you for a subscription) - that might be the problem. I removed the two cameras from the app but cannot resync them to the base. The batteries are good. I tried using the phone app as well as the webpage. I have reset the base station (VMB4000-3), reset the cameras, tried to install them as Arlo, Arlo Pro and Arlo Pro 2. The light flashes blue, but the sync never happens so it eventually flashes orange. My network is 2.4ghz. My network is 2.4ghz. I turned off 5ghz to try that. What else can I try? Really can't see why 2 cameras don't work but the other identical cameras do.

Can you try removing the camera from the account and then re-onboard it to the account.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'the account'. The cameras have already been removed from the 'Devices' list. They refuse to re-onboard. Unless I'm missing something? Is there a trick to pressing sync? I insert the battery, the blue light flashes once. I push the sync button for 1 second, the blue light flashes ten times. The app / webapp just never registers the camera.

ON the webapp, I get this instruction:
A blue LED on the camera will blink for ten seconds to confirm successful Sync. NOTE: Sync one camera at a time with the Base Station and do not take out battery during this process.
I get a blue light flashing for ten seconds, but it feels far from successful since it never gets added to the devices list.
