Arlo Pro USB Storage

Hi there,

Plugged a USB thumb drive into the Arlo Pro base station, formatted it. It recorded for a couple days.

Now I need to check the videos on my mac. Mojave will not mount the drive. It reports FAT16 as filesystem and is unable to mount it (not remotely sure this is FAT16 tho).  Base station reports the disk as working and free space is decreasing as camera record footage. 

 

How do we access videos stored on USB on a Mac?

 

Yes my system is up to date and so is the base station.

The file format for the storage drive should be FAT32 if it is working correctly. It could be an issue with the computer not allowing the USB device to be viewed. Do you have a different computer to try to see if that's a case (a PC perhaps)?
