Arlo Pro Stopped Detecting Motion

Last week, my arlo stopped detecting motion. I’ve reset the arlo, tested the motion/sensitivity (which there is no option to do anything in the app when motion isn’t detected!), removed and re-added.... but nothing works. The hockey puck motion symbol says it’s on- but it will only work when I’m live mode. I don’t know what changed because it’s worked up until this past week. Help, please
