Hi,

I have the Arlo Base Station with the router in one room, and the camera wirelessly connected in the next room.

 

It was working fine for the first two weeks, but for the past two days, it is not streaming, and says 'getting status' or 'not connecting'.

 

I've tried resyncing the camera to the base station, but it didn't help.

Please tell me what I can do.

Try and power cycle the base and if that does not work then try and do a full reset and re-install.

Can you confirm that the base shows all 3 green lights?

For good measure, also remove and replace the battery to get the camera to reset. I will auto sync once the battery is put back.

What do you mean by power cycling?

Unplug power from the base. Wait a minute and plug back in.
