I have the four camera Arlo Pro system with one add-on camera. All five cameras revert to do nothing without any input. This occurred before and after adding a camera to the system. I've reset the router, pulled the batteries and re-synced the cameras. However, the problem remains. Has anyone figured out how to address this or recieved an official response from Netgear about this problem? I see that others have this problem and obviously Netgear is aware of this.

I'm having the same problem when using the iOS app.  If I don't touch any settings in the iOS app, and do everything using a web browser, it seems to maintain the proper settings.  Others have mentioned the same problem with the iOS app as well.

Yes, I did a factory reset and set up as new. Seems like I'm also having problems with the length of video recording reset to 10s and one of my cameras is not recording when motion is detected.

Are you using the iOS app?  If so, try using a computer web browser to do all of your settings and see if they stick with that method.

Consider reinstalling the Arlo mobile app from the app store. Do you still see the same behavior?
