Arlo Pro Prolonged Recording

I would like to leave record running for proloned periods but seem to be unable to do this. The recording stops if I click off the open tab on my computer or if my smart phone screen locks? Can anybody help solve this please?

The cameras, apps and browser interface were never intended to do this due to battery drain and security. However, you could use AC power to the camera and subscribe to CVR to get a 24/7 stream.
