Have a scheduled program activated but it will not record anything. When I look at my phone, my base setting says disarmed even though it is in the time frame I have programed

Use a browser - the app sometimes just isn't accurate for modes, rules and schedule. You can use a mobile browser when you set it to use the desktop version of the site.

I must be doing something else wrong then. I switched the system to scheduled on my computer and it tells me that the system is armed, but does not record any motion in front of the cameras. When I look at the system from my phone it says disarmed. the only mode it seems to work in is the armed mode.

Ignore the phone display. Using a browser, remove everything from the schedule and rebuild it. It sounds like the schedule itself is corrupt.

Before you rebuild the schedule on the browser UI, log out of your phone app if you are allowing the app to be continuously logged in. Recently I have had an issue with this. When you log back into the app it should pick up the new browser created settings. When I did not log out of the app once, not only did the app not change to the browser settings, it controlled the schedule settings. In my case, the number of days a certain mode would actually run. When I redid it being totally logged out of the app, everything corrected. I have no clue as to why, just that it happened like this.
