I have a motion detection issue with my arlo pro cam. it will pickup motion at close range, about 1 ft away, but nothing further.  I have already pinhole reset the base station and re-added the station and the camera back to my account.  Tried the motion detection slider in every position.  Firmware and software is all up to date.  I also have an Arlo Pro 2 camera on the same system, it works perfectly.  Any help would be appreciated greatly!

If you've checked your sensitivity setting in your modes, open a case with support:

Yes, have tried adjusted the settings in either direction.  

Going to try unplugging it, letting it sit for a few minutes to drain all power.  Bring it inside the house where the signal is stronger, let it run on battery power for a few days and see if things improve.
