Arlo Pro Motion Detection Locking Up

After my cameras detect motion and capture video the cameras stay locked up (motion detection icon stays yellow in app - see attached) and does not capture any new detections throughout the day.  Only able to clear this condition up by going into the MyArlo app and selecting and viewing live videos on locked cameras.  Then, the cameras will be armed again.  Cameras and base station only about 6 months old.  But, having to montior and reset the cameras to be le to capture video on detections defeats the purpose of having this system.  Any one having this same experience and know how to fix/remedy?!?!?  Thank you in advance!!!

The only way I can think of to fix is as follows;

remove device for the cameras, reboot the base , and then bring back the cameras as new.

Removing and bringing back will rebuild the modes and the reboot( power switch) is just resetting the base

Does this happen with both the app and a browser?  If only for one, try flushing its cache.
