I have the basic subscription for Arlo & I’m trying to STOP getting email alerts. The instructions read to go on my app & adjust the notification settings but there’s no option for that. There isn’t a notification option at all. I’ve tried on the website as well. I’m thinking because I only have the Basic subscription it’s not an option but that would be ridiculous.
They also charge a fee for me to ask Arlo a question directly.
