Arlo Pro I cannot get this camera to sync to the base.

I cannot get this camera to sync to the base.   All I get is a very slow blue blinking light, then nothing.

I have been trying this for about 6 days and am very annoyed.  This camera was working great until I 

changed the batteries.  I also deleted this camera as it was suggested and tried to re-add with no luck.

I have two other cameras that I changed batteries in at the same time and they are working great.

Someone said a couple of days ago that they had a camera that wouldn't sync and they decided to turn their home wifi off and suddenly it sync'd. Perhaps give that a go. If it works, it must be an interference issue
