Arlo Pro, I Can't Arm Or Disarm - All Lights On Base Are Green

Went to arlo app. And tried to arm cameras in mode settings.  All lights on base are all green. Tried powering down the base but nothing changes.

What mode are you currently in that you can not select arm or disarm? Have you tried rebooting the base station?

If using the android app, be sure to allow the permission for Calling. If you don't allow that permission modes won't work. (might be the same for iOS as well)

Next day I tried to arm cameras and it armed with no problem
