Arlo Pro - How Do I Remove The Red Badge?

On my Arlo App for my iphone in the upper righthand corner, there is a red circle. In the background of the circle is a whiteshield with a red exclamation on it. What does that mean and how do I get rid of it. When i press on the red circle, it brings up the call friend, call e911 and activate srien page. The call friend and call e911 are frosted over. The activatesiren is in bold black letters.

The Call a Friend and E911 haven't been set up in Settings. The Activate Siren will obviously activate the siren on your base.
