Arlo Pro HD - Connection Failed

When logged in on my Microsoft Surface I'm getting a "connection failed" error when trying to view my cameras "Live".  I have 4 HD cameras.

When I'm logged in on my Samsung Android S7 phone I can view all of my camera's live.

I have no issues with my internet/wifi.

Can anyone help?.

You need Flash to live view.
