Arlo Pro Firmware Won't Update

On the main devices tab in the app over each screen it says that a firmware update is required tap to update but it will not update.
Anyone have this issue?

Try rebooting the base. That usually helps.

@jguerdat I am having the same issue.   Was hoping to come on here and get an answer but I guess not.  I've tried rebooting my base station but that doesnt seem to fix it.

Same thing here.  A friend who is an IT guy tried to install it and same happened.  It may have been in the warehouse too long and the DVR is not updating.
