I've always had issues charging the batteries on both of my Arlo Pro cameras. Sometimes it will be plugged in for a few hours only for the battery to actually drain during that time and many times, even though I am using the original charger, it tells me the charger I am using won't work. Today I got a new error message that there was a charging fault. Does anyone have any tips on how to reliably charge these devices? I am using the original charging cable, so I do not know what else I need to do so I don't get all these error messages.

Sometimes we have to gently blow out the charging hole and the end of the charger as the smallest piece of lint will make it do that. I am, for the first time, having problems today with no errors, but one of our cameras just will not charge above 30%. It was fine on Tuesday.

I've also had more battery issues since the 2 factor authentication thing turned on. I know logically those two things are not related, but it is strange nonetheless.

We changed to a new battery in the cam that wouldn't charge. Now we'll see if it will charge in the home charger we have. Also, we have to take our battery out and just re-insert it and that clears up the problem like you are having sometimes also.
