I followed step on the Arlo Iphone App, but I cannot add my Arlo Pro VMC4030 to Base Station. I also tried to reset the Base Station but problem still there. Can anyone support me on this issue?

WHat base station do you have? Look on the bottom for a label that includes VMBxxxx. There are a number of posts here indicating issues with legacy devices (Pro 2 and older) as well as with older base stations.

Model of Base Station is VMB4000 and Camera is Arlo Pro VMC4030.

For whatever reason, the VMB4000 bases have been rather problematic recently. We used to suggest resetting the base but no longer really do that since then folks were having issues claiming them again. Since you say you reset the base, did you hold the button until the LEDs flashed amber or did you just power cycle the base? If you actually reset it, you'd also have to remove all devices from your account before you could add them back - you can't re-add a device that's already in your account.

This all leads to the camera issue. Is this a new install for the camera or a reinstall? If the latter, did you remove it from your account before trying to add it again? What does the LED on the camera show when trying to sync it?

Before report this issue, I tried to remove both Base Station and Arlo Camera from my account. Then use Reset button on Base Station by holding 10s. After all, I added Base Station again to my  account, next I proceeded to sync the camera but it was not successful, and the LED on the camera when syncing is blinking Blue.

The normal sequence of the camera LED is to slowly blink blue during discovery and then rapid blue when discovered. What are you seeing? All details are needed.

Yes, the sequence of the Camera LED like you mention.

That indication suggests the cameras are synced to the base. However, there have been various reports here of the same sort of thing happening which haven't been resolved. Try using a computer browser to view the web client (my.arlo.com) to see if that works.

I tried to setup on the web, but there is the same problem on the mobile app "No Arlo devices found". My PC and Base Station is connected directly to the modem by cable.

Have you tried taking the battery out of the camera and reinserting it then trying to see if you can get it to connect to the VMB4000?

Also tried this. Still can not sync the camera to the Base Station.

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

What is the resolution for this problem?

VMB4000

VMC4030

Two of my four cameras will not re-connect after mysteriously dropping.  I have followed exact same process as the user who reported this and am not able to reconnect.

PS - I would consider upgrading my Arlo system but it looks like you MUST have a subscription to have remote access to your videos.    Not requiring a subscription is why I chose Arlo in the first place.

That is true with your VMB4000 base.

The VMB4540 and VMB5000 smarthubs support the direct access to local storage feature, and many do use that instead of a subscription.  There are a lot of limitations, so the user experience isn't as good as a subscription.  Also, remote access doesn't work with all internet service providers  (particularly ones that use carrier-grade NAT).
