Arlo Pro Camera not working out of the box

Just bought a 3 camera Arlo Pro.  Two cameras synced up with no problem.  3rd camera-blue light comes on briefly when the battery is plugged in but goes out and camera won't sync.  Swapped battery with the 4th supplied battery with same result.

Open camera, remove battery and power with cable / adapter only ( eliminate battery issue if one )

attempt sync again with QUICK push on base sync button

 

If NG, contact Netgear
