Arlo Pro Camera not syncing to base

When i attempt to sync my arlo pro camera to the base the light flashes red.  I charged for 4 hours, still blinks red.

 

Do i have a defective battery?

What are the status LED lights displaying on your base station? I have provided a link to the different status LEDs the camera can emit. Can you find out which Color/Pattern the camera is showing? What do the different LED behaviors on my Arlo camera mean?
