Arlo Pro Camera into standby

I've read the post that explains how to put a camera into standby. However if I leave both boxes (motion and sound) not ticked the system won't let me progress to the next stage. Please explain what I'm doing wrong.  Thank you.

You usu just leave the MOTION checked... to put the camera into standby, just use the Mode DISARMED

DISARMED turns the camera off from any detection and puts the cameras to a sort of sleep.
