Today went to take down my camera from my back porch to recharge the battery. As I was unscrewing the camera from the mount the piece that is built into (well thought it was) the camera housing just fell out.
I’ve tried to push it back in, but just keeps falling out. Not sure how this can happen, why would this piece not be more secured within the housing.
I reached out to Arlo Support and they told me that particular part is not covered under warranty there is nothing they can do. They suggested that I just now use the magnetic mount, which I would have to buy and don’t feel comfortable using that method for an outside mount.
Anyone else ran into this issue? Thanks in advance.
