I purchased the Arlo Pro 5 camera set while working in Canada, also purchased a Microsoft Surface Pro while there. I created an account and all worked fine there. I am back in the US now and all still works great but I was going to add some more cameras and when I get to the billing it shows the country as Canada and I can not get it to change to the US for my credit card to clear. I would be grateful for any help. Van

Go to the bottom of the page and click "Contact Support" and chat to someone at Netgear

You'll likely need to remove all devices from Settings, My Devices and create a new account with a different email address.  The original account is associated with the country when you first set up.  Removing everything from the original account and performing a new system setup while in the US, using the second email address, will result in the account being recognized properly.
