I bought the 3 camera system and an additional camera in March of this year. All seemed okay till a few days ago, when one battery needed to be recharged. This was confirmed by the message when I logged in.
I plugged battery in and it would not charge, I plugged it into a different cord and it would not charge. All other cameras were able to be recharged using either of the cords. I switched batteries with another camera and now the camera is picking up motion with the battery from the other camera.
Do I have to buy a new battery that should only be 5 months old? Or would this be considered defective and I would get a replacement battery? I bought from Amazon.
Thanks
