Wifi app stuck on add camera

I have installed my 2 camera wireless wifi cameras -- all seems good but cannot access video because the App is stuck on "add another device"  have restarted app, removed it and re-installed it, tried access via another phone and another computer -- nothing seems to work --

power button reboot the base , let it come back online ( about 1-2 mins )
