Hey all,
Would love some help, am really struggling with Arlo support. I have had this issue for 4 months.
I have three Arlo Pro cameras and the batteries have not been charging. I have tried everything.
The cameras firmware is up to date. I have rotated the batteries in each camera. I have reset the base station and app multiple times. I have two 9V chargers and a charging station. The cameras work when plugged in but do not hold a charge. I am based in Ireland and was worried about power from our sockets but tried in multiple sockets in workplaces and houses.
The cameras light is orange when unplugged, but they only last a few minutes before powering off. On the App it says the power is at 0%. When plugged in it says 0% and has a the symbol for charging.
I am wondering if all three of the batteries are faulty?

It's possible...tho it seems strange that all 3 batteries would go bad at the same time.
( I have some that are over 2 yrs old and still going strong )
Can you check the voltage with a voltmeter?
Have you followed the info re the battery does not charge ?

Hi, yep I did this too, as mentioned have tried everything. Have also tried different outlets in different buildings in case it's my outlets, everything points to three faulty batteries but still cant get an answer. Thanks for the reply
Is this a new install? If it is, then perhaps exchange the system with the seller.
If not, I think you should contact support: https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
