Got it fixed. The base wasn't getting an internet connection. Had to reset my router then my base. Seemed like a lot of people had the same problem about the same time last night.

What color are the 3 LEDs on the base station? Have you tried force closing your app and then opening the app again? Have you tried restarting the base? Are you sure the internet connection to the base is OK?
