I am researching for a security setup at a remote farm with no phone, cable or fiber. There is good AT&T LTE cellular service. Would this cellular modem connected by ethernet to the Arlo base station work satisfactorily?

It appears to be suitable but you may need to be the guinea pig here figuring out what's wrong (if anything) and how to fix it. We can suggest but Netgear support may need to be invoked. Some folks with somewhat similar scenarios have reported an inability to find the base or to have it connect to the Internet. Whether they got past those issues may not be known - did they give up or just not tell us how to fix the issue? ANd maybe it'll just work fine in the first place.
Just be aware of data usage - you'll want to minimize recording and live viewing times. Videos can get to be 15MB but can be made much smaller with intelligent setup.
