The base station is offline even if connected to the internet

AN amber Camera LED means the base needs to be claimed. Nothing will work until that happens. Remove all devices found in Settings, My Devices and start fresh. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to claim your base. Sync your cameras. Update firmware if prompted as you go.

 

You said you've "reset" but that means different things to different people. Many think a power cycle/reboot is a reset but it isn't. A reset comes when you perform the steps above or you push the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber. If that's what you did, that would explain your problem and the above procedure will get you going again. A true reset means you have to follow that process.

Need a lot more detail. What are the base LEDs showing? What have you tried? What do you see, including error messages?

Please note the base leds are showing green green (flickering ) and yellow

Have tried resetting to no avail
