Arlo Pro Base Station Disabled

Trying to move Arlo from one network to another (AT&T to Spectrum). Have tried setting base station back to factory default, re-synched a camera, all the lights are green, but both browser and phone app dispalys base station as disabled.

 

How do I re-enable?

When you reset the base did you do this by holding the reset button until the LEDs flash amber? Don't forget to remove all devices in Settings, My Devices. Use the Add Device button in the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras. Only briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it.
