I am having trouble saving the microphone volume in the audio settings. It keeps going back to zero sound and i CANNOT ENABLE the micophone from my camera

Unfortunately, that's an artifact of using a browser as opposed to the app.  I've found that if you wait on the audio settings page for a couple of minutes the volume setting suddenly works.  The Android app shows no such issue (for me).

Engineering is currently investigating the issue with adjusting volume via the web client and we hope to provide a resolution soon. As suggested above, consider accessing these settings via the mobile app (iOS, Android).
