Arlo Pro Add on camera will not sync

I tried to sync my arlo pro add on camera to my arlo wireless base and the sync began but when the camera was updating it stopped and now I can not get the camera to sync again do not see any lights

Don't see any lights on what - base or camera?

There are no lights on the camera, I have taken the battery out and charged the battery but I can not get any lights on the camera

Could be a bad battery or camera.  Try removing the battery and plug the camera in.  Now try syncing it.  ANy luck?  If so, it's the battery - if not, it's the camera.  Swap at the store.
