Arlo Pro Account says that Base Station is offline on web

i have re synced all 3 cameras to base station, dis connected and re connected ethernet cable, dis connected and re connected the power cable all in line with the Arlo trouble shooting instructions, again all 3 led's are solid green however when i go online to my account there are no videos to see and each camera says that the Base Station is " offline" !!!!!

Access via app or web ?

if possible try the other so you can eliminate a variable (phone/system/etc ).
