Can I use a Iphne 7 wall Chager to charge my Arlo Pro battery? Or does anyone use a different wall charger other than NETGEAR Arlo Pro Charger? It seems to me a compatable wall charger and USB cable can charge a Arlo Pro even if it is NOT a Netgear charger.

Without knowing more about why a 3 voltage charger is used, I wouldn't risk it. It may work fine or maybe it won't fully charge. Or damage something. You'd be on your own.

As mentioned... do't try it... USB standard is 5v, the Netgear adapter has dual outputs @  5v and 9v.

The 9v is needed to charge the pack to full at 8.4v

Not sure if they use an extra pin in the cable or curcuitry to pick the proper V
