I installed the new app version as instructed. When trying to get my base unit "discovered" by the new app., no luck. After 15 attempts and 2 re-downloads of the new app, still no luck (this is after a perfect year of camera operation using the old app). After trying everything, I am so frustrated. Anyone else have this problem?

There should be absolutely no need to "discover" the system again - it should just show up as before - it did for me. What happens if you use a browser to check?

 

There have been a number of complaints about this which I believe some have resolved by totally resetting the system and setting it up as new.
