Arlo Pro 2 devices won't connect with new App

Once my mobile app updated, it no longer recognizes my cameras

It appears you are the granted access user. There is another user on the account that is not migrated to the new user interface and they are the main user. They will need to migrate to the the same user interface as you. To do this they can pretend to onboard a Pro 5 and it will kick in the update. As soon as they do that, you will then be able to see the cameras again.

Are you the authorized user or are you a granted access user?

I believe that I'm the authorized user (cameras an old  app were installed a few years back).  Having said that, after looking, I do not recognize anywhere in the new app or desktop to confirm that.
