Recently, my recordings are available only under the feed instead of the individual cameras.  This is inconvenient as I have to scroll through numerous videos from all the cameras in order to find a particular camera's recordings.  When I click on a camera's recordings, for one second those recordings flash below before disappearing and moving to the feed.

What phone and OS version? Have you tried rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app? It works here...

My phone is an Android.  I took your advice and reinstalled but it did not help.

Did you also reboot the phone? WHat brand/model is the phone and what is the Android version? What happens if you use the web client on a computer browser (my.arlo.com)?

I did reboot my phone.  I'm not sure about the model, I bought it from AT&T. The version is: 16.15.39.ve.arm64. I checked out My Arlo on my laptop and have the same issue.

I have not seen this. @PD70 are you still seeing this same behavior? Have you tried logging out and logging back in?

I'm having the same issue. Kind of strange that it starts the day after the free trial ended. I'm not going to pay for a plan, I'll ditch all the cameras for Eufy before I do that.

Yes, I'm still seeing the same issue.  I have tried reloading the app and rebooted the base.  When I see I have recordings on one of my cameras, I click on the number of recordings and it opens up that camera's window and the space below where the recordings used to appear is now blank and that camera's recordings can only be seen in the feed, along with all the others from my five cameras.  This is annoying, at least, since I have to scroll through all the recent recordings from my five cameras to find the one I'm looking for.
