Arlo Pro - 1 of 6 cameras goes offline

I have 6 Arlo Pro Wire-Free Cameras that I've had for about 6 months now. As of recently, one of the cameras is showing offline. If I resync the camera with the base station, the camera will sync and show up again in the web application. However, as soon as I try to view the live feed, the camera shows offline again. I've also removed the device within the web app and then resync'd the device with the same results. I've also swapped the battery with one of the working/connected cameras to ensure there wasn't a battery problem. 

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I would take the trouble camera, and reset it by pulling the battery and replacing....

 

If it continues, i would then remove the camera in SETTINGS>REMOVE DEVICE and bring it back as new ( resets all settings in cam and base )

 

Last , I would swap the trouble cameras with another working to see if the problem follows the camera or is it location.

 

If the above 3 are NG, I would then contact Netgear Support for maybe hardware assistance.
