Arlo Camera could not connect to Base Station

Hi all,
I have 5 arlo pro cameras connected to the base station. However, a few days ago, i noticed only 1 camera is now connected and the other 4 could not connect. When i click the camera, it shows that it is ‘connecting’ for a long time and there is no response. I checked the device settings, only the camera that is connected indicates “connected to base station” while the rest does not show. May i ask other than trying to delete and adding the cameras all over again (which is a nightmare trying to climb heights), is there any other ways i resolve this?

I know this might sound strange, but have you tried another device to view, maybe web login on pc

 

recently I had a similar problem with one of my cameras showing not connected on iPad but fine on iPhone, i also had charging faults on iPad but not on iPhone, think it is something to do with new app updated

 

worth a look before climbing
