hello,my arlo base station for my arlo pro cameras suddenly stopped working. none of the LED lights are lighting up and there's a clicking sound coming from the base station. i have tried everything to fix it but it is not working

I suggest not using email - instead use live chat or phone.
It sounds like your base has failed - if it is under warranty you can get an RMA, otherwise you'll need to purchase a new one.
