Hi
Wondering if anyone has any issues with the app or potential fixes. My arlo app hasn't been able to open on my iPhone 7 for some days now. Once you open it just stalls on the Arlo emblem and doesnt open. Does anyone know of an issue. I've read the forums and have uninstalled and installed the app 4 times now with no success. I am running the most up to date iOS on the iPhone 7 iOS 14.4.2. I can access my.arlo only on my pc as if you try to access it on either Safari or Chrome on the iPhone it directs me to the app which doesn't load. Also, I toggled the two-step identification on and off via the portal but still no success. Cameras aren't really useful without the app as i don't carry my laptop/pc around with me. Cheers

I'm have the exact same problem on my iPad. It started when I upgraded tot he latest version. I haven't upgraded my phone for that reason. The app hangs on the 'load' screen for ~30-45 seconds, then falls into the background, but never actually connect. It doesn't actually crash since it's still running in the background.

Can you download iOS 14.5, remove/re-install the Arlo mobile app and test again.

My husbands works but he never updated to Arlos latest app update which is when all the problems started (after 4+ years of cameras). Obviously an app issue. Any ideas? Everything is up to date on mine and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. No fix.

Which version the Arlo app are you using as well as iOS on your iPhone? Are you a granted access user?

It's actually just worked now and the apps opened on the iphone. Hmmm. Great! Its been more than a week it just hasn't opened but suddenly it now has. I did give up on the app. I haven't granted access to myself. Should i still l do this if I am the only user.
I had installed what i thought was the most current version of the app, version 3.2, and have the most up to date iOS on the apple phone 14.5. I don't know why its worked now unless there has been a fix on Arlo side. Possibly there was a password breach on my phone. Thanks for the replies though. Appreciate your comments. I've been happy with Arlo cameras for some years.

I have same problem with Arlo V3.5 and IOS 14.7 with Uninstalling Arlo and reinstalling Arlo many times. Any suggestion?
