I’ve had the Arlo cameras set up for about a week but for the last few days I can’t open the app. It just keeps saying “signing in” but nothing happens.
I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app from App Store, restarting phone, turning airplane mode on and off, trying on wifi and 4G... etc.
What should I do?

Make sure your “Cellular Data” on your phone in phone settings is off turn it back on when you are all set up ....not tec Davy here but nowhere does it say to physically turn it off you base station must connect only thru your Wi FI spent three days re setting till I got thru to tec chat .
