App on one of the two phones receives delayed notification

Me and my wife have accounts on our Arlo Pro system. Both of us have the Arlo app installed on our Android phones (same model, OS etc.). My phone receives an instant notification upon motion detection. The notifications on my wife's phone are usually delayed by 30-90 min. Anyone else experience this and know how to troubleshoot / solve for this?

Is it that your using Pushes and the wife email ??

 

Pushes come at the start of a trigger event and emails come when recording is done...

 

If both on pushes then delete the wifes app and re-install ( as really we're talking a few mins max diff either way )

Thanks TomMac. Email is turned off for both our accounts. We just have the push notification.

 

Uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my wifes phone solved the problem. Thanks for the suggestion
