App issues - Siren is not disarming

When I wake up in the morning and go to disarm the siren for our cameras, it does not always disarm. I can turn the system to disarmed or a setting that has the siren off and the siren will still go off. It doesn’t matter how many times I change it to disarmed or another mode. It does not happen every time but it happens more often than not. Also my wife’s app does not let her connect or see any of the cameras. Hers says every camera is offline even though they are all online on my app. I have the newest update for iPhone 8 and she has the new seat update for iPhone 11. Our cameras are also delayed in recording motion and the speak portion is so screwed up. We have only have these for a year and two weeks today. Let’s get this figured out
