Just updated the app and now feed doesnt work... I can see it online but the app on my phone doesnt work for me or my partner..

Did you and your partner both update to the new app? On the bottom where it says feed when you click on it what are you seeing?

Uninstalled and reinstallation of the APP fixed the issue.. THx

Hi
I am unable to login to arlo app. I enter the correct username and password. The screen doesnot move forward. It remains on the same screen. Tied uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting cache but no luck.
Tried on two different Samsung android phones S23 ultra and s25 ultra and same status.
The same username and password works on the arlo website and I Can see my cameras.
Any advice/suggestion.

Try turning off both mobile data and wifi, and then go to the login screen in the app. Wait for the "no internet" message. Then turn mobile data/wifi back on, and see if the login then works.

Delete the app, restart the phone and then when the phone comes back on reinstall the app.

Same result. No change. I am installing Arlo Secure:Home Security. I hope this is the only app for Arlo cameras

Can you try resetting the password and then trying to log into the app. That is the only app for Arlo. Also, can you please provide some screenshots of what you are seeing?

I found the solution and this is for everyone else as I could not find that this documented everywhere.
The solution is that I figured out that since I change my phones regularly, the app was installed on multiple phones. So I went and deregistered multiple devices and thats when the app started working.
