I bought this system based on the advertising about activity zones, but I guess these have been not working for several months or require a subscription which wasn't mentioned in the advertising? I'm new to all of this, and I still have time to take this back to Best Buy if there aren't actually WORKING activity zones as advertised. I can draw the zone and save it, but there is no setting in Modes to let me use the zone. 2 day old system, all firmware updated, latest app, etc. What is the deal, just false advertising or what?

Hi @Jnowell
An Arlo Smart Subscription is needed for the use of activity zones with the Arlo Pro. I have attached an article below with a bit more detail regarding this.
