Got a notification today of another forced system update, resulting in the company blocking live camera function intentionally jeopardizing safety and security of invalid, elderly person. The update links don't work, I've tried re starting app, restarting base station. How do I get back to live camera function I thought I had purchased with the product?

I tried restarting the base station but it still did not let me update the firmware, so I turn off the base station for a few minutes and then turned it back on. When i opened the app after all the green light were on the base station 3 of the 4 cameras had updated the firmware automatically and I clicked on the link for the 4th camera and now they are all up to date.
