I've Just purchased this Arlo Pro system and it will not boot up nor will it connect with my Netgear 13 Router N600 Dual band WNDR3400V3. Tried different Ethernet cables as well. Power light never goes green stays in boot up mod (Yellow) and I never get a connected to the Router light, it remains in off mod. I get a camera connected Light, though I suspect its my computer camera its connecting to.

Check the ethernet cable/ethernet port (on your router) to make sure neither are defective.

 

If you are still having issues, contact Arlo support as suggested above.
