Just set up my system. It did a couple of recordings and then the power light on the base unit went amber it it will not go back to green.
If I reset, or unplug, it is green for a moment when I plug it back it, BUT then goes back to amber.
It has stayed amber for hours.
According to the directions...amber means it is booting. Doubt it is still booting.
Any suggestions?
It also kept disconnectiong from the modem so I was going to try a different ethernet cord, but haven't had the chance since it won't power up.

The only thing that may work is a reset of the base... Hold in the reset for about 10 secs till the front LEDs flash... If the power led continues to to go Amber after, contact support
