All my three Arlo Pro Batteries stopped charging about a month ago. Tried using charging stastion.

Hi, I am going crazy trying to get my three cameras to work. I never had an issue charging the batteries but about a month ago all three batteries stopped charging. I tried everything I could find on the forum and online. I even bought an Arlo Pro charging station (when the batteries are inserted it lights the amber light for 5 seconds and the light then turns off). I am in urgent need of a camera and this situation is really frustrating.

 

Does this mean that all of my batteries died at the same time and need to be replaced?

Read the FAQ in the support section here about reviving dead batteries. Basically you need to try to charge several times to get enough charge in them to allow a full charge. It's best to proactively charge them so this never happens again.
