Beginning about 24 hours ago all five Arlo Pro H8 cameras are reported "offline".

I'm not sure what has changed. The five cameras are located in the same sport as they have been for 5+ years. All cameras are charged. The base station has been sitting in the same central location as well.

In my effort to troubleshoot, I've rebooted the Arlo Router (VMB4000r3) several times, I've removed the new app (which I despise) and reinstalled, etc. The "status" page says there are no issues and yet, all five cameras are still offline. Why?

I eventually discovered the Ethernet port/jack on the back of the base station was loose. In fact, the jack itself popped out of the back of the base station (with the cable attached) when I picked up the base station to look at it.

I've since reinserted the jack and after power-cycling the base station, the cameras came back online.

As a note to others, check the Ethernet port (jack) on the back of the base station and make sure it is properly and fully connected to the base station.

If the ethernet port is damaged this could cause stability issues in the future and it may be best to replace the base station. I'm glad to hear you were able to resolve the issue.
